There are a few important factors that go into the verdict as to whether a campground is good for partying or no. I have distilled them down into site separation, site size, kid level, and camp host/ranger involvement. Each factor is on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. For example, if there are a large number of children around, the campground will receive a "1" in the "kid level". If there are no children, the campground will receive a "5".
The overall rating of "partiability" is based on these factors as well as an overall feel of the place. Partiability can be interpreted the following way:
1: Do not party, this is a "family friendly" campground.
2: Mild partying allowed, no loud voices after 10 pm.
3: Respectful partying allowed, no loud voices after 12 am.
4: Moderate partying allowed, modulate voice levels.
5: Heavy partying, do whatever, stay up as late you want. No restriction on loud noises.
